Hi Pavle! Great question and to be honest, the timeblocks are not always followed (I feel like otherwise it would feel too restrictive).
For example, my Monday today after work, I had 6-10pm blocked out for Medium writing. I spent around 2.5 hours on writing before feeling a bit iffy (as you said emotional up and downs).
I then decided to move onto some video editing, which I always find a bit more relaxing.
For me personally, I use the timeblocks as a guide but I let myself decide on the day what I want to do. I feel like if I didn't have a mix of things to do, I would definitely feel a bit more burnt out.
Hope this makes sense :)
